The Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management enables middle managers to gain a thorough grounding of their role and responsibilities.
It allows you to focus on your interpersonal skills and build better relationships and provides skills to effectively communicate organisational goals and values.
You will be able to confidently lead and motivate people to achieve goals, assess performance as a manager and plan to improve it.
You and your fellow course students will have access to an online learning system including electronic course media and a virtual community to share your thoughts and experiences.
The course is delivered over six sessions, there will be three assignments to be completed with hand in dates during the programme.
The Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management is designed for experienced middle managers. Learners can consolidate their experience, develop their leadership skills and prepare to take on greater management responsibility.
The Level 5 Certificate is for middle managers or senior members of staff aspiring for promotion to a more senior level in their organisation.
The Level 5 Certificate follows a similar academic approach to a Graduate / Degree qualification. With the ILM as the academic authority this course is recognised nationally and even world wide.

Following your completion of all the course days and a minimum of a Pass in all the assignments you’ll receive your ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management.
For all of our in-person training courses you will get all refreshments and a buffet lunch provided.
All ILM accredited courses require the completion of assessments during the course. For the Level 5 Leadership & Management course there are three assignments set by the ILM. A minimum of a Pass is required in each and every assignment. Synergia Coaching offer tutor support in parallel to the face to face course days to guide and assist you through the assignments.
