We’re a small training organisation, where your background, objectives and overall experience is central to your learning experience. We’re not about the number of learners we can register, instead it’s about ensuring that our learners achieve everything they want to from their course.
We work with organisations to tailor their teams learning to meet their needs. We also work with individuals who self-sponsor for their own career development.
This means that we offer three approaches to course participants:
Option 1 is distance learning where an individual is given full access to our Virtual learning environment to study at their own pace with access to personal coaching sessions and a variety of group online sessions.
Option 2 is group online training sessions where learners are in virtual groups to enhance their social learning experience and develop a strong peer support mechanism whilst maintaining the flexibility that virtual learning brings.
Option 3 is in person group training sessions where course participants are in the training room together.
We have recognised the learnings that Covid brought for us, however, we also acknowledge that our course participants have different learning preferences, and our flexible approach aims to meet these preferences appropriately.
