We have designed a very thorough Level 3 Certificate, ensuring that it gives each participant a strong foundation in leadership and management.
The course is delivered over six sessions, there will be six assignments to be completed with hand in dates during the programme.
You and your fellow course students will have access to an online learning system including electronic course media and a virtual community to share your thoughts and experiences.
We are able to tailor the programme to meet with your own personal/business requirements but the below shows what we can offer as an example.
The Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing their abilities. This particular programme also supports practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management as well as managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
The Level 3 Certificate is for aspiring and first line managers who wish to build the foundation of learning and practical skills necessary for the management of their teams and delivering their organisational objectives.
The Level 3 Certificate follows a similar academic approach to GCSE’s or A Levels. Though no formal qualification is needed to start the course an open and inquisitive mind linked to a desire to enhance individual learning is encouraged.

For all of our in-person training courses you will get all refreshments and a buffet lunch provided.
Following your completion of all the course days and a minimum of a Pass in all the assignments you will receive your ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management.
All ILM accredited courses require the completion of assessments during the course. For the Level 3 Leadership & Management course there are six assignments set by the ILM. A minimum of a Pass is required in each and every assignment. Synergia Coaching offer tutor support in parallel to the teaching course days to guide and assist you through the assignments.
