The Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring focuses on providing you with new coaching and mentoring skills.
This will enable you to prepare to implement a coaching culture as a management style within your organisation as well as provide you with a formal qualification for your personal practice.
You and your fellow course students will have access to an online learning system including electronic course media and a virtual community to share your thoughts and expereinces.
This course is delivered over five classroom style sessions supported by three written assignments, which are: a reflective diary of 12 hours coaching or mentoring, a reflection on an individual’s own approach to coaching and mentoring and a work-based assignment introducing coaching and/or mentoring into an organisation. We ensure thorough tutorial support for all those taking part.
The Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring is for individuals, managers and aspiring professional coaches or mentors. It’s ideal for those who want to learn the skills and techniques accociated with coaching and mentoring, or who want to consider coaching on an organisational level.
The Level 5 Certificate is for managers aspiring for promotion and / or launching into a professional Coaching and Mentoring Career. Its strong academic foundation along with 12 hours of practice prepares the ambitious mind to deliver best practice.
The Level 5 certificate follows a similar academic approach to a Graduate / Degree qualification. With the ILM as the academic authority this course is recognised nationally and even world wide.

You will have access to the Virtual Learning Environment. Access to a qualified Coaching Supervisor. Access to monthly Group Supervision sessions.
Following your completion of all the course days and a minimum of a Pass in all the assignments you’ll receive your ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring.
For our in-person training courses you will get all refreshments and a buffet lunch provided.
All ILM accredited courses require the completion of assessments during the course. For the Level 5 Coaching & Mentoring course there are three assignments set by the ILM. A minimum of a Pass is required in each and every assignment. Synergia Coaching offer tutor support in parallel to the face to face course days to guide and assist you through the assignments.

Please note: as part of the course fees, we are offering group supervision sessions (one session each month). We are also offering course surgery sessions where you can bring any concerns you have about your course (particularly after completing the taught sessions and when writing your assignments) – one session each month.
