Second day – longest day of the week!

So today is the longest day, with 8 hours planned walking. Both on and alongside the wall. We pass thru a military zone where we need to walk next to the wall. The sections of the wall we do today are very old with no renovation -1580's.

First day done and dusted!

The first day along the wall has gone well. Steep walk up 1800 steps to get on the wall. Then 4 hours along the wall. Sunshine has been amazing 25 degrees ????????
