- Lynne has worked for Synergia for four years in the capacity of an executive coach and is qualified to level B British Psychological Society for administration and feedback of psychometric tests
- She has been involved in award winning partnerships designing, developing and delivering leadership and management programmes through her work with Staffordshire University as the Head of the Centre for Professional Development at the Business School. Her main discipline is in law and she holds a Masters degree in Criminology, she has published several academic articles in the police arena.
- Using her excellent counselling and people skills and unstoppable energy, she has been involved with Synergia’s coaching programmes for the past two years and is currently studying for her qualifications in coaching
