- Clare is the founder of Synergia Coaching.
- She has a masters in Human Resource Management and is qualified to level B standard of the British Psychological Society for administration and feedback of psychometric tests, and a fellow of the CIPD. Also currently a member of the British Psychological Society – Special Interest Group on coaching and a member of the Institute of Directors. Clare is also a member of the EMCC and has just completed her second year of her Masters in Coaching and Mentoring.
- Having gained wide ranging experience in HR with several manufacturing companies she went on to work as a consultant with Northgate Harvest for over five years.
- Since setting up Synergia, she has worked with clients across several public sector organisations, including academic institutions, the NHS and the Police Service, as well as being retained by private sector companies in a Health and Safety and HR advisory roles.
- Clare is Synergia’s leading human resources consultant and has been instrumental in the design and delivery of our training, workshop, coaching, recruitment and strategic management programmes.
