Coach profile: Les Jones

A postgraduate, with Humanities, Education, Business and BPS qualifications. Long experience of working on organisational development with a wide range of companies and public services.   

He has worked at senior level in Further Education, taught for the Open University, and for the last 10 years has worked for the centre for Corporate Programmes at Staffordshire University.

For the past eight years he has managed and delivered the Leadership Development Programme for Staffordshire Police which has recently won two National Training Awards.

As a consultant with Synergia, Les has helped to develop our workshop training programmes and is a key element in the delivery of our theoretical platform.
