Course objectives

To acquire the skills needed to investigate work-based problems, identify and evaluate options, report effectively, and manage the resulting change process. 

This programme does not focus on the larger project-management methodologies; it looks at basic concepts, encourages creative action, and may act as a precursor to Project Management training of a more formal kind.
