Coach Profile: Clare Barnett

A qualified coach with extensive experience within the Human Resources and Organisational
Development arenas, across both Public and Private sector organisations.

Clare has developed a broad and diverse approach to leadership and management having worked across a wide range of market sectors, including Retail, Aerospace, Automotive, and a large IT consultancy.

Since managing her own business Clare has become a specialist in working with organisations who work with people, for example a large number of NHS Trusts, including those in the Acute sector, PCTs and Ambulance Trusts; the Police Service and Independent Schools.

Clare has worked with many senior management teams across these sectors, bringing a clarity of focus to the learning and development arenas, within a supportive and challenging methodology.
