Coach profile: Nick Cripps

Nick served as a Police Officer for 30 years, and gained experience in many roles. The latter part of his service was spent in the training, learning and development arenas, working at a National and Local level in both the development of staff and of training packages, and had a particular speciality in training  trainers. His last role was project managing a large organisational change programme.

Over several years, he has been a regular Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton Business School, specialising in the Post Graduate areas of HRD, HRM and Coaching and Mentoring.
