The Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentorsenhances the knowledge and skills you gained in the Level 7 Certificate enabling you to move into a development role within your organisation or to freelance as an executive coach or leadership mentor

Achieving your ILM Level 7 Diploma:

Attend a further three days of tutor-led learning to enable you to:

• Use coaching supervision to develop and improve your performance as an executive coach or leadership mentor by planning, organising, evaluating and reflecting on at least 125 hours of supervised leadership mentoring or executive coaching

And:

• Develop a continuing professional development plan, learning log and reflective review based on 125 hours of supervised leadership mentoring or executive coaching

 

Our ILM coaching programmes can be held either in-house or at our modern two-storey building based on Staffordshire Technology Park.  As the ILM Level 7 Diploma follows the completion of the Level 7 Certificate, it is normally added on making the programme 12 days in total (3+3+3+3).
