The Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoringintroduces you to executive coaching and mentoring and provides you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to coach and mentor at a senior level within your organisation

Achieving your ILM Level 7 Certificate:

Attend nine days (3+3+3) of tutor-led learning enable you to:

• Critically review your ability as a leadership mentor or executive coach through peer mentoring and reflective learning

• Review the role of the leadership mentor or executive coach in developing leadership performance

• Plan, deliver, contract and review at least 12 hours of leadership mentoring or executive coaching critically reflecting on own performance to inform your development

And:

• Complete a written work-based assignment which assesses your ability to present the business case for a leadership mentoring and/or executive coaching programme

• Maintain a coaching/mentoring diary to review and reflect on your performance as an executive coach or mentor

 

Once you have completed your Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring you may wish to continue your studies Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors

Our ILM coaching programmes can be held either in-house or at our modern two-storey building based on Staffordshire Technology Park.  Typically completed within a 52-week timeframe, our Level 7 open programmes are held throughout the year.
