The Level 5 Diploma for Professional Management Coaches and Mentorsenhances the knowledge and skills you gained in the level 5 Certificate enabling you to move into a development role within your organisation or to freelance as a management coach or mentor 

Achieving your ILM Level 5 Diploma:

Attend a further two days of tutor-led learning to enable you to:

• Develop and improve your performance as a management coach or mentor by planning, organising, evaluating and reflecting on at least 100 hours of coaching practice with the support of a coaching supervisor

And:

• Complete a personal development plan, learning log and reflective review of 100 hours of coaching activity

 

Once you have completed your Level 5 Diploma for Professional Management Coaches and Mentors you may wish to continue your studies and achieve the Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring

Our ILM coaching programmes can be held either in-house or at our modern two-storey building based on Staffordshire Technology Park.  As the ILM Level 5 Diploma follows the completion of the Level 5 Certificate, it is normally added on making the programme 9 days in total (3+2+2+2).
