ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching Programme
We’re almost there with our approval documents – just have a couple of detailed lesson plans to type up and we’ll be ready to submit.

Staffordshire Police CPD evaluation:
We have analysed the data and conducted a number of focus group meetings to feed back the results and to discuss suggestions for next steps. Our meetings have been informative, engaging and generated interesting discussions and proposals. We are inviting a number of senior managers to meet with us on a one-to-one basis to feed back the results and gauge their views.

LM Level 5: Staffordshire University Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Programme
Our Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management programme with Staffordshire University begins on 11 December. We’re really looking forward to the two days we’re going to be spending with them.

ILM Level 5: Staffordshire Police Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Programme
We began our first ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in Management programme on 11 October.  Delivered to ten members of the HR/L&D team of Staffordshire Police we had a lively and informative two days covering a range of subjects from adult learning through the importance of reflective practice to practical coaching using the GROW model.

We’re looking forward to our next two days with the group on 6 and 7 December.  The group is really enthusiastic and engaged in the programme – this time our plan is to discuss the business case for coaching and introduce a different coaching model to give participants another opportunity to practise their coaching skills.

Very constructive meeting with NHS
Fabulous meeting with large NHS client on Friday, looking at extending the coaching programmes as well as Career transition support programme. Definitely a good example of how to support their staff through changing times.

Police leadership coaching programme  
We have reached the magic 100 with our Emotional Intelligence coaching sessions for Staffordshire Police Senior Officers and Managers.

NLP supporting Staffordshire University
Anne is working with a team of lecturers at Staffordshire University around NLP.  This is building on some work that Amanda will be doing with the Unison representatives at the University, also around NLP.

ILM Centre approval 
Synergia are at the next step on their journey to deliver accredited Coaching qualifications – with the ILM approval process being conducted this week. (Fingers crossed!!)

Potential new work on the horizon
This week Amanda had a productive meeting with a large Union- and is really looking forward to working with them next month
