We have been delivering both accredited and non-accredited coaching, mentoring and leadership development programmes to both private and public sector organisations since 2004.  This year, in alliance with the ILM and in response to a number of clients who expressed a strong interest in coaching and mentoring programmes for a wide range of managers we developed our own ILM approved course.

Many of our clients have recognised that whilst in-company training develops managers to a very high standard, it may not necessarily provide recognisable and transferrable skills outside of the immediate organisation.  Our ILM accredited awards redress this imbalance by giving you a quality programme that develops your skills and knowledge as well as a learning experience that is acknowledged and valued in the wider business market.

Our tutorial team are all specialists in their field and bring a wide range of professional expertise from both the private and public sectors.  Experienced coaches, mentors and facilitators, the team are skilled in executive coaching, leadership development, 360 degree feedback, psychometric testing, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and coaching supervision.
