Topics	What is continuous improvement, with a look at the origins and applications of Kaizen Examples of successful organisational improvements made by individuals and teams Tools for analysing and thinking Identifying areas for action How organisations can enable individuals and teams to act Action planning
Delivery	A busy and creative workshop with a strong focus on ideas, tools and immediate application by group members. Group work, discussion, and mapping activity are involved, with small amounts of formal presentation to stimulate thought.
