Topics	An analysis of Team Roles (different is good!) Activity-based problem-solving (a toolkit of interesting ideas) Team diagnostics (How can we tweak the way we work?) The team as part of the system (How can we contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction?) Working to reduce silo mentality (How can we reduce the internal barriers with other teams?)
Delivery	A highly interactive workshop, where the experience of participants is valued. There will be discussion, small group work, active problem-solving exercises and an action plan.
