Coach profile: Anne Rowlands

MA in Coaching and Mentoring, MSc in Human Resource Development and Organisational Change, Master Coach, Chartered member of the CIPD, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and more recently Master Practitioner in NLP. 

 Anne has recently joined the team and comes with a wealth of experience from the private sector.   Having previously designed and delivered a range of HR/L&D/OD interventions leading to a coaching culture including leadership competencies, 360 degree feedback, leader to leader coaching and personal development planning she then evaluated all of these to demonstrate the true ROI the organisation gained from the programmes.

She is qualified to Level A British Psychological Society and holds a Professional Trainers Certificate.
